Volunteers 'Shocked' After Finding Stolen Safes Dumped Near California Freeway

A volunteer clean-up crew stumbled upon a secret dumping site, which was apparently being used by a burglary ring. A stolen safes were found at an illegal dumping site miles away from where they were stolen. They were all forced open with important documents and valuables inside.
