Vultures Seen Circling Above Navy Hospital Ship Comfort in New York City

A foreboding image in the skies above Manhattan as a flock of vultures is spotted circling above the U.S. Navy hospital ship Comfort, docked in the Hudson River on Manhattan’s west side.
