Waffle House Shooting Suspect 'Mentally Incompetent' to Stand Trial: Judge

The man accused of killing 4 people during a mass shooting at a Tennessee Waffle House has been found mentally incompetent to stand trial. A judge committed 29 year-old Travis Reinking to a mental health facility. A forensic psychologist testified he suffered from schizophrenia and would need therapy and medication for his condition before he could be fit for trial.
