Washington State Sheriffs Bark Like K9 Dog to Get Suspects to Surrender

When Tacoma, Washington, sheriffs needed to stop underage suspects allegedly stealing a vehicle, they got creative. Pierce County Sheriff’s Department deputies first tried to stop the car using a spike deployment. Although all four tires went flat, the suspects still got away.
