Shopping for eggs can be overwhelming due to the different labels on the cartons. Pasture-raised eggs mean the chickens have regular access to all of the outdoor space. Although they cost more, nutritionist Mascha Davis says pasture-raised eggs taste better. Right below pasture-raised eggs are free-range eggs, which means that hens have access to a little bit of outdoor space. On the lowest end of the spectrum are Grade A eggs.
