In this blistering summer heat leaving certain things inside your car can be dangerous. You may think leaving wet towels and bathing suits out to dry makes sense but you'd be wrong. They won't dry out in a hot car and the heat will actually grow bacteria and mold. Extreme heat can also drain batteries, cause plants to wilt and melt your kids' crayons. Safety expert Lauren Fix talks with Inside Edition about the dangers of hot cars.
