What3Words App Uses a Unique Set of Words to Locate Lost People

A phone app is being used to help first responders locate people who are lost. It's called What3Words and it's a free app you can download to your phone. The Los Angeles fire department recently used What3Words to rescue some California hikers who were stuck in the wilderness. With the help of Texas first responders from the Austin Police Department, Inside Edition put the app to the test.
