Where Are the Miami Spring Breakers?

The first weekend of the great spring break crackdown in Miami Beach appears to have been a success. Restrictions, including the beach closing at 6 p.m., and the heavy police presence seem to have kept spring breakers in line. Police are patrolling on bikes and ATVs to avoid chaotic scenes. Some spring breakers are happy about the tough new enforcement while others believe the over-policing is “killing the energy.” Inside edition’s Ann Mercogliano has more.
