Where Are Spring Breakers Going After Miami Beach’s Breakup Ad?

The first weekend of the great spring break crackdown in Miami Beach appears to have been a success. Restrictions, including the beach closing at 6 p.m., and the heavy police presence seem to have kept spring breakers in line. Police are patrolling on bikes and ATVs to avoid chaotic scenes.
