Who Is Behind Swamp Mask at Capitol Hill Hearing?

A swamp creature invaded Capitol Hill Thursday looking like the monster from the classic horror film “The Creature from the Black Lagoon.” The swamp thing sat in perfect view during the senate confirmation hearing for Acting Interior Secretary David Bernhardt. The woman behind the mask was identified as Greenpeace activist Irene Kim, and she spoke to Inside Edition about her antics. "We wanted to bring some absurdity to this event that was happening,” she said.
