The body of 16-year-old Tioni Theus was found along a freeway in Los Angeles, California, earlier this month. Her family is hoping for answers as to who could have killed her and left her there. “She was a human being, she didn’t deserve this,” said cousin Nafeesha Kincy. Authorities have dedicated $60,000 in reward money to help find her killer. Other lawmakers are calling for another $50,000 to be added to the reward. A vote is expected within the week.
