Inside Edition's Jim Moret went back to Joe's, the California service station where the winning $2 billion Powerball ticket was sold. Although the big winner is still anonymous, the son of owner Joe Chahayed hopes the winner stops by so he can meet them. His 73-year-old dad won a million dollars for selling the winning Powerball ticket.
