Why Are Some People Showering With Jeans on?

Erika Cardenas and Nathan Katsuki are scrubbing their jeans clean in the shower instead of the washing machine. They are not alone! There's a whole movement of people showering in their jeans. Levi's CEO Chip Bergh started the trend. He says it helps the environment because it saves water. Another benefit is that washing machines can damage the fibers in jeans which can over time lead to holes and tears.
