Social media videos touting the benefits of castor oil have racked up 400 million views on social media. Some people are using it to grow their hair and banish wrinkles. Fitness influencer Emma Citarelli swears by castor oil. For the past year, Citarelli has been rubbing castor oil on her stomach before bed and covering it with a cotton pack to help with her ovarian cysts and bloating.
