Why CBS Anchor Tony Dokoupil Doesn't Think Forrest Fenn's Treasure Was Found

“CBS This Morning” Anchor Tony Dokoupil has a theory about a mystery treasure hidden in the Rocky Mountains. The wealthy antique dealer, Forrest Fenn, who challenged the world to find his prized buried stash, recently announced it was found. “There's no proof that it's been found. He's offered none,” Dokoupil said to Inside Edition Digital’s Leigh Scheps. “Why I don't think the treasure has really been found is because Forrest told me his plan was to entomb himself along with the treasure.”
