President Trump suggested that social distancing measures health experts insist are necessary to control the coronavirus’s spread should be rolled back to save the failing economy. This caused uproar as some believe the President is prioritizing stock markets over the health of Americans. Doctors on board with his plan say they hope the President lets data guide decisions. In a Fox News virtual town hall held in lieu of the normal briefing, Trump said the U.S. was “not built to shut down.”
