Why Were 8 Puppies Left Inside Dumpster?

What recently happened in the tiny town of Marshfield, Wisconsin, is shocking animal lovers across the country. A good Samaritan heard cries coming from a dumpster and called for help. Inside, police were shocked to find a trash bag containing a litter of eight puppies, just a day old. Marshfield Police Officer Bob Larsen's bodycam showed the helpless young dogs. "I kept thinking, 'How could anybody do this? This is absolutely insane!'" Larsen said.
