Widow Cries as Suspect Arraigned in Death of Millionaire

A grieving widow choked back tears as she denounced the man accused of assassinating her lawyer husband. 80-year-old David Jungerman was arraigned on charges he gunned down Emily Riegel's husband, Tom Pickert. Jungerman is a baby-furniture manufacturer worth a reported $33 million. He allegedly killed Pickert out of revenge, after the lawyer sued him in court on behalf of a client. A van looking like Jungerman's was spotted near the murder scene.
