Winning $1.765 Billion Powerball Jackpot Ticket Sold in California

A lucky winner in California just won the second-largest Powerball in history. The winning ticket was sold at a liquor store in Frazier Park, California, near the Lake of the Woods Mobile Village. It's a close-knit community where everyone knows everyone. The store owner's son says they only sold 200 tickets and they are excitedly reviewing their surveillance footage.
