Mother of 3 Says Partner Shot Her 14 Times and Fled

A woman breaks down watching surveillance video of the day she says she was shot 14 times by her domestic partner. Nikeya Shumake spoke to WDJT in Milwaukee about the July incident. She says days earlier, she broke up with Askia Strong, her boyfriend of 17 years, with whom she has three children.
