Witness Pepper Sprays Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting

A California woman says she was sexually assaulted on a sidewalk. The brazen incident happened in broad daylight in Long Beach, California. Rebekah Pedersen says she was walking to get lunch when she was assaulted. Dan Mcintrye saw the incident and pepper sprayed the suspect. The 30-year-old suspect was identified as Miguel Avila. Pedersen says she is outraged that Avila was only charged with misdemeanor sexual battery. Inside Edition’s Jim Moret has more.
