Witness Recalls 2015 Car Crash Involving Driver in New York Limo Tragedy

The driver behind the wheel of a limo in an upstate New York crash that left him and 19 others dead was involved in a similar accident that injured two people three years ago. In the Nov. 30, 2015 wreck, driver Scott Lisinicchia drove through a stop sign in Glens Falls, New York, and into the path of a Cadillac Escalade.
