Woman Accused Of Poisoning Ex-Boyfriend Appears in Court

Kristen Hogan is accused of poisoning her ex-boyfriend with anti-freeze. Police say the 34-year-old victim drank a small amount of wine from his refrigerator. He was rushed to the hospital and a lab test later determined the wine contained anti-freeze. Hogan was arrested and cops say she told them she “never intended to kill him, but just wanted to make him sick as payback for him being mentally abusive." Kristen Hogan's lawyer says she plans on pleading not guilty.
