Ex-Buffalo Bills’ Punter Accused of Rape in Lawsuit

A young woman says ex-Buffalo Bills star punter Matt Araiza and two of his former college teammates ganged raped her at a San Diego State University party. She was 17 at the time when she went to a Halloween party with some friends. According to her complaint, Araiza saw that she was drunk and handed her another drink. She alleges he brought her to a secluded spot in the backyard where they had sex. She says he then led her inside a house and took her to a bedroom where she was assaulted.
