Woman Donates Her Kidney To Her Ex-Husband's Wife

Three years ago, Angela Maples became ill and learned she was in complete kidney failure. She was on dialysis while awaiting a kidney transplant. Doctors told her her best option was to find a living donor. Maples realized she was running out of time. She tells Inside Edition she called her husband Joshua's ex-wife Amanda McCowen. McCowen said she'd submitted her application and turned out she was a match. Maples and McCowen underwent a successful transplant.
