It marked the first time the Capitals have won the championship trophy, and it’s the first major sports title for the city since 1992. One woman was so excited she climbed a light pole. But it was a lady in white who captured the players’ attention after the game. The woman, who put on quite a flashy celebration, pulled down her dress and pushed her chest up against the glass.
