Companies and office buildings are doing everything they can think of to lure reluctant workers back to the office in the aftermath of the work-from-home revolution. The current vacancy rate for office buildings in New York City is about 20%. Some office buildings are now offering amenities such as arcades, speakeasies and so much more.
