Donald Trump stood at a soldier's hospital bedside to personally bestow a Purple Heart after the U.S. Army vet was wounded in Afghanistan. The president arrived at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center near Washington D.C., where he visited 25-year-old First Lieutenant Victor Prato.
