WWE Hall-of-Famer ‘Luscious’ Johnny Valiant Hit and Killed by Truck

A Hall of Fame professional wrestler has died after he was struck and killed by a pickup truck. Thomas Sullivan, better known as "Luscious" Johnny Valiant, died this week near his home outside of Pittsburgh. Valiant was a mainstay in the ring throughout the 1970s, as part of the tag team duo The Valiant Brothers. After his wrestling career ended, he worked as a manager and actor, appearing in “The Sopranos.” He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 1996. He was 71.
