Wyoming Deputies Save Deer Stranded On Frozen Pond With Just a Lasso

December 23, 2019

A deer in Wyoming lived to tell the tale of being stuck on ice after being saved by two Wyoming deputies who used a lasso to bring it to safety. Sublette County Sheriff's Deputy Justin Hays was driving to training when he noticed a deer trapped on a frozen pond on a private property just off the highway. He radioed for help and was joined by Deputy Josh Peterson, whose body cam footage recorded the rescue. InsideEdition.com's Summer Delaney has the story.
