Homeowner Jasmin Norman says she couldn't believe the video and wondered what kind of adult could have put the little girl up to this. Another brazen bandit stole two boxes from a Florida home. Authorities later arrested Kensley Mott. Despite being caught on camera, they say the 33-year-old suspect still will not return the stolen stash.
