The YouTube community is in mourning after the death of popular creator Grant Thompson. Thompson, famous for the King of Random channel, reportedly died in a paragliding accident in Utah. On Tuesday, the King of Random Instagram account posted a photo of Thompson together with the caption, "It is with great sadness to inform everyone that Grant Thompson passed away last night." The post urged people to "do a random act of love or kindness today" in honor of Thompson. Editor's note: Thompson was born in 1980, not 1981.
