Zelenskyy Vows to Fight On as 40-Mile-Long Russian Convoy Arrives in Kyiv

A Russian missile left a devastating scene after blowing up a government building in Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second largest city. Rescue workers searched for survivors, finding one man who was badly wounded and rushing him down a set of stairs that were miraculously still intact. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy vowed to keep fighting in a video address to the European Parliament, even as a 40-mile-long column of Russian forces arrived in the capital city of Kyiv.
