In one particularly talked-about moment, Williamson appeared to yodel, her voice cracking as she passionately discussed health care. Another instance saw her evoke "Seinfeld" as she dropped a "yada, yada, yada" while discussing gun control.
In the three-hour debate, she spoke just nine minutes, but those minutes made an impact. According to Google, she was the most-searched candidate following the evening, beating out Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren and others.
Her dire warning about a "dark psychic force" also generated search interest.
“This is part of the dark underbelly of American society, the racism, the bigotry and the entire conversation that we’re having here tonight," she said. "If you think any of this wonkiness is going to deal with this dark psychic force of the collectivized hatred that this president is bringing up in this country, then I’m afraid that the Democrats are going to see some very dark days."
So who is she? Williamson is a self-help guru and best-selling author most recognized for being Oprah Winfrey's spiritual adviser.
