Miranda Lambert Back in NYC With New Cop Husband
The country singer was spotted arriving in New York with Brendan McLoughlin after a weekend in Nashville.
Newlyweds Miranda Lambert and Brendan McLoughlin landed back in New York after a flight from Nashville Monday morning.
A passenger told Inside Edition that the pair sat in first class and a flight attendant gave them a champagne toast after they boarded the plane.
Lambert, 35, announced on two days after Valentine’s Day that she’d secretly gotten married to the NYPD officer, whom she reportedly met just months earlier.
“I met the love of my life. And we got hitched!” she wrote. “My heart is full. Thank you Brendan McLoughlin for loving me for … me.”
Cameras caught the couple hugging in the airport and walking with locked arms.
Lambert surprised fans in Nashville with fellow country stars Keith Urban and Dierks Bentley over the weekend. They performed some acoustic songs together.
It was her first appearance since she announced her whirlwind romance.
