Newlywed Falls to Her Death After Fight With Husband in Moment Recorded on Video

The couple had just married in Las Vegas in May.
A new bride fell to her death following a fight with her husband in a moment recorded on her cellphone.
Allisa Martin, 27, was found dead in a parking garage close to Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri, after having attended a Cardinals baseball game with her husband, 30-year-old Bradley Jenkins.
Police said they found Jenkins “straddling” Martin, who was covered in blood, on a ramp in the parking garage at nearly 2 a.m. on Sunday morning after a call was placed to 911.
Jenkins was allegedly intoxicated and appeared to be “agitated,” according to police.
A fight, which Martin recorded, ensued between the couple before Martin fell. The sound of the fall was also recorded on Martin's cellphone. The phone was still recording when police found it on the seventh floor of the garage, above where Martin’s body was located, police said.
“During the recording, you can hear her yell for him to quit punching her face,” according to a probable cause statement. “She eventually drops the camera. Shortly after that, you hear her scream as she falls and you hear the thump of her body hitting the ground.”
Jenkins allegedly gave conflicting stories to police and initially told authorities he was not on the rooftop with Martin. He also told police their argument didn't get physical, but the recording contradicts his story, according to the statement.
Jenkins has been charged with domestic assault and is being held on $100,000 bond. It’s not clear if he has an attorney. More charges may be forthcoming.
“The investigation is continuing to determine whether the defendant should be charged with homicide in connection with her death,” read the statement.
The pair had married in Las Vegas in late May after getting engaged last October.
