Officer Helps Out Skunk With Cup Stuck on Its Head
It could have been a stinky situation.
An Illinois officer escaped what could have been a stinky situation.
Derrick Hight, an Aurora police officer, was caught on camera trying to help out a baby skunk that had a cup stuck on its head.
It was a high-risk moment as the skunk ran around unable to see. Hight got the animal’s attention by banging his baton on the ground.
When the animal attempted to look his way, the officer grabbed the container off its head.
Hight then swiftly ran away and so did the skunk.
