Paris Jackson Hits Red Carpet Days After Denying Suicide Attempt Report
Her wrists were largely out of sight as she walked the carpet.
Paris Jackson hit the red carpet in a long-sleeve studded leather jacket just two days after she reportedly attempted suicide, claims she emphatically denies.
Michael Jackson’s eldest child and her boyfriend attended the premiere of the Netflix' movie “The Dirt,” which is a biopic about Motley Crue.
Paris posed much of the time at the premiere with her hands in her back pockets, blocking the view of her wrists. Bracelets covered much of her right wrist.
The actress and model denies TMZ's report that she was hospitalized Saturday after slitting her wrists.
Los Angeles police confirmed an ambulance was called to her building for an attempted suicide. Emergency dispatch audio has been released from the incident in which rescue personnel were “notified that this is a possible VIP.”
Later that day, she showed photographers her wrists, however, and there appeared to be no sign of a wound.
She has reportedly been in a downward spiral since HBO released "Leaving Neverland” two weeks ago, in which two men accuse her father of sexually abusing them as children.
TMZ quotes sources as saying, "Paris is dealing with all sorts of emotional issues as well as substance abuse issues. Paris' team had help ready to spring into action Sunday, but she refused."
