Police Rescue Adorable Baby Seal Found Waddling on the Road

He was 2 miles from the ocean.
Police rescued a cute baby seal they found waddling down the road in Massachusetts.
The seal was spotted Friday night on a local road and police responded and helped cage the animal although it’s not clear how he got there in the first place.
The road is two miles from the ocean, police said.
"How he got so far inland from the ocean to Route 6A without getting hurt is amazing," policew wrote on Facebook. "Must be a NAVY SEAL!”
Staff at the Yarmouth Police Department named the seal "Houston" after one of their local fallen heroes, Kevin Houston, who was killed in Afghanistan.
"Maybe this little guy was helping us remember him!" Deputy Chief Steven Xiarhos told InsideEdition.com.
The International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW) and Animal Stranding Team helped move the seal back into the sea.
Police said the seal was in good health.
