When Princess Charlotte didn’t feel like waving at a crowd, she hilariously stuck out her tongue instead.
The 4-year-old was with her mother, Kate Middleton, at the King’s Cup Regatta on Tuesday when her mom prompted her to wave at the reporters and visitors.
Charlotte had her own plans, though, and gave the crowd a good laugh with her antics.
Kate laughed at the gesture too, seemingly just as shocked at Charlotte’s cheeky move.
Fans thought the moment was funny.
"Literally, how a true princess should act,” one Twitter user wrote.
Later that day, Prince William and Kate sailed in the boat race to raise money for charity.
