An “angel” in the sky was a source of peace for a Texas man.

Danny Ferraro said he was driving on Highway 105 on Monday when he spotted the angelic figure formed in the clouds and decided to snap a photo.

“It lasted for just a few moments, but I grabbed my phone and the first picture I took was spectacular,” Ferraro, 57, told InsideEdition.com.

Ferraro said he and his wife, who were married in June, have been going through family struggles and Monday as they were “heading to deal with more issues and really dreading it,” they noticed the ray of hope in the sky.

The couple said they believe in God and the sign came at a necessary moment.

“I immediately noticed the cloud formation and the brilliant rays straight ahead of us…," Ferraro said. "We both saw the angel and felt it meant that everything will be OK. I just felt like God was saying, I'm always with you."

He decided to share the image on his Facebook page, where it quickly went viral.

Some commenters drew other comparisons.

"It looks more like Princess Leia…" one user wrote.

Others agreed that “God continues to watch over us.

Whatever the case, Ferraro said he’s thankful.

“I feel very honored and blessed to have captured this moment,” he said.
