Tips to Save Time and Money This Holiday Shopping Season
Inside Edition teamed up with RetailMeNot and its Shopping and Trends Expert, Sara Skirboll, for ideas to save time and money this holiday shopping season.
With just under two weeks to go until Christmas, there's still time to pick up a gift for that special someone.
Inside Edition teamed up with RetailMeNot and its Shopping and Trends Expert, Sara Skirboll, for ideas to save time and money this holiday shopping season.
"Brainstorm gift ideas and make a list before you get to the mall," Skirboll said. "This is going to eliminate impulse purchases that might blow your budget."
Another good way to make sure you don't miss out is to shop off-hours.
"Since stores will typically restock overnight, you will have a better chance of getting a bigger selection of inventory first thing in the morning," said Skirboll.
But if you're a night owl, don't fret. Skirboll recommends taking advantage of extended hours to go later at night.
"Don't forget there's always the option to buy online and pick up in store," added Skirboll.
Before you do that, though, "make sure you have the RetailMeNot Genie browser extension installed to automatically apply coupon codes and cashback offers right at checkout so you're going to save even more time and even more money," Skirboll said.
