XXXTentacion Dead at 20: Rapper's Funeral to Be Held This Week
The rapper was shot dead last Monday.
Rapper XXXTentacion’s funeral will be held Wednesday in Florida, a week after he was fatally shot during a robbery attempt.
The funeral and public memorial will be held on June 27 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Florida Panthers Stadium in Sunrise, the rapper’s attorney, J. David Bogenschutz, told InsideEdition.com.
Some reports have said the 20-year-old's funeral will include an open-casket viewing.
The rapper, whose real name was Jahseh Onfroy, was shot and killed last Monday when two men tried to rob him at a Broward Country motorcycle dealership.
Dedrick Devonshay Williams, 22, was taken into custody Wednesday night in Pompano, and charged with first-murder without premeditation. He is being held without bond.
Police said they are still searching for more suspects.
“The investigation continues," the sheriff’s office said Thursday. "Updates will be provided as they become available."
