Kate Middleton Has a Marilyn Monroe Moment During India Trip
The Duchess of Cambridge is visiting India with her husband.
Kate Middleton had a Marilyn Monroe moment as her dress blew up in the wind while visiting a war memorial in India.
The 34-year-old mother of two and her husband, Prince William, were laying a wreath at the memorial in New Delhi when a gust of wind blew her dress.
It echoed the famous Marilyn Monroe scene from The Seven Year Itch, where the bombshell's frock lifted after a gust came up from a subway grate.
For the Duchess of Cambridge, she was able to avoid numerous wardrobe malfunctions by holding down her billowing Emilia Wickstead dress.
The wind would not let up as it kept blowing the dress, but she held it down with grace and poise.
