The 34-year-old mother of two and her husband, Prince William, were laying a wreath at the memorial in New Delhi when a gust of wind blew her dress.
It echoed the famous Marilyn Monroe scene from The Seven Year Itch, where the bombshell's frock lifted after a gust came up from a subway grate.
