Did Chelsea Use Clinton Foundation Money to Pay for Her Wedding?
The news comes as the FBI has cleared Hillary Clinton in her latest email scandal.
Chelsea Clinton is facing allegations that her 2010 wedding was partially paid for with funds from the Clinton Foundation, according to an email released by WikiLeaks.
In the emails, Doug Band, a former aide to President Bill Clinton, discussed the alleged wedding spending in 2012 to John Podesta, now Hillary’s campaign chairman.
“The investigation into her getting paid for campaigning, using foundation resources for her wedding and life for a decade, taxes on money from her parents,” he wrote. "I hope that you will speak to her and end this. Once we go down this road."
The Clinton campaign has not commented on the allegations.
On Sunday, the FBI cleared Hillary Clinton in the investigation of 650,000 emails recently discovered on Anthony Weiner’s computer.
Security has been stepped up in New York City following threats that Al-Qaeda has called for terror attacks in New York, Texas and Virginia Monday, according to CBS News.
Police are going to have their hands full Tuesday night as both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump will be in Manhattan watching the election returns.
