Gisele Bundchen Tells Husband Tom Brady to Quit Football - and He Says 'Too Bad, Babe'
At the same time, more is being learned about his missing jersey.
While most men would happily do what their supermodel wife would ask, Tom Brady is holding firm against Gisele Bundchen's wishes that he quit football.
The five-time Super Bowl champ spoke to former NFL quarterback Jim Miller on his SiriusXM show Monday and made the admission.
“If it was up to my wife, she would have me retire today. She told me that last night three times. And I said, 'too bad, babe, I’m having too much fun right now.' You know, I feel like I can still do it," the 39-year-old quarterback said.
Meanwhile, new information has come to light regarding Brady’s missing Super Bowl jersey.
Investigators believe that the theft occurred sometime between 10:05 p.m. and 10:20 p.m. Houston time.
During the 15-minute window, only 30 people were in the Patriots’ locker room — the players, team officials, NFL employees and security.
On Monday, Texas' lieutenant governor ordered the Texas Rangers to aide in the investigation of the missing jersey.
On Tuesday, the team celebrated their historic victory in Boston with a parade through the city as snow fell.
Tight end Rob Gronkowski, who missed the tail end of the season (including the Super Bowl) due to a back injury, shed his shirt on a float during the parade and chugged beers thrown to him from the crowd.
