How the Designer of Meghan Markle's Super-Trendy Trench Coat Dress Made a Splash at Fashion Week
The blush trench coat dress sold out immediately over the summer.
Plenty of designers have made a splash at New York Fashion Week, but one has the royal seal of approval.
Nonie, founded by designer Nina Kharey, is a favorite of Meghan Markle, who donned a dress made by the Canadian brand this summer.
"[Kharey] designed a dress that Meghan... wore over the summer ... a sleeveless trench coat dress in a blush color," Entertainment Tonight's Senior Editor of Style Marisa Runyon told Inside Edition. "It immediately sold out."
On the heels of that success, Kharey decided to show at New York Fashion Week, where her line of neutral pieces debuted to great acclaim.
"Every single piece she showed down the runway is something totally wearable, you could pluck right off there and wear right now," said Runyon.
