10-Year-Old Boy Shot to Death in New York Days Before Birthday

A father is distraught over the loss of his son. Justin Wallace, 10, was shot and killed when a man opened fire through the fence of a home in Queens, New York according to the NYPD. Albert Wallace tells WCBS that after he heard gunfire he ran to check on his son and nephew. He says he found Justin on the ground bleeding. The child was taken to the hospital, but he couldn’t be saved. He died just days before his 11th birthday. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
