Highway Patrol Rescues Scared Kitten From Busy California Road

What could be the holdup on this California highway? It turned out to be a cat that probably wished it was stuck up in a tree when it found itself astray on a busy Sacramento freeway. Since no ladder was needed to help it, the California Highway Patrol was called in for the rescue. An officer stopped traffic, parking across the lanes of the roadway.
