11-Year-Old Orphan Hugs Adoptive California Family in Emotional Reunion

An 11-year-old orphan from Colombia named Sebastian spent the summer with the Barkey family in California as part of a hosting program. The couple secretly wanted to adopt him but rules prohibited them from telling him.
